Problem playing video file

I’m able to acces my video file from my pc but when i try to play the video file i get this message “unable to play selected file” . All my video file are doing this even those who worked before. I recently change my router. Can someone tell me what to do

Have you tried resetting the devices on the network? this is recommended after you do any changes to your network devices.
