Problem:Folder Public sometimes delete

Hello,

I have following MBL 3TB error:

Sometimes all files and folders inside the Public folder are deleted automatically; without any command. An update to MBL 3TB current firmware due to the WD email support got no solution.

All other files/folder than the Public folder will stay as required.

If someone has a solution, PLEASE help!

Maybe Twonky make errors?

Try running the full test from the MBL dashboard, also have you checked how much available space you have after the files get deleted?

Hi,

full test is running, but without any errors. Free space approximate 2TB.

This problem exist a long time ago. Fuction tests and  Firmware updates did not solve my problem.
