hi, i got WD passport, My Book, and elements, on my MAC, after i’ve formatted them as FAT32 format, i still can’t copy .mov files from my mac to WD’s. “unexpected error occured while copying files: error code:0” can u help me for solutiion

This issue happens with all the drives? Also if you transfer from the drive to the computer do you receive the same message?

Yes its happening with all 3 of them; during download I’m not having any problem while copying from WD to the MAC
