Try a Dashboard reset by holding the reset switch on the back. This process will not compromise stored data if done correctly.
It will not compromise the stored data if done incorrectly either.
yes, i have the same problem , it could access the shared public folder , but could not get into the UI admin portal after finished the factory restore process . when i choose the accept the license agreement ,It promt that a problem .
, i search the community ,but seems no any more efficent solution .
