Hi,
I am new on this comunity. I bought a few weeks ago a WD device (My Book Live, an external storage 1To) because a friend of mine could see what it contains thanks to an app.
My problem is that I can see my files only if I am on the same network as my device is (for example, when I am at home). But I can not see it when I am outside or on another wifi-network.
Maybe I had to configure the setting of my My BookLive I really have no idea of what I can do…
If someone can help me I would be so greatfull because it is quite disturbing …
