Have previously posted on subject of recovering Secure Access files after change of protocol to Private Access. WD support were no help but managed to do this. Now loaded my files to Private Access but I can open the vault but cannot open files. Is this a one off or a systemic failure? To add insult to injury WD support tell me to reinstall Secure Access.

WD Support seem to have no solution to my Private Access problem. Does anyone else use Private Access on a Cruzer Edge USB drive? Also wonder why the protocol was changed as Secure Access worked fine
