Can files be undeleted? Several TB of data was mistakenly deleted, I have not since written to the cloud. Help!! And no, recycle bin was off, I was unaware of this feature 
Unfortunately, the data is gone. Although you may be able to recover them using 3rd party recovery software. It’s worth enabling the recycle bin for the future.
P.S. The best practice is to keep a backup of your important data at all times. Maintaining a valid backup protects against: computer virus, data corruption, hardware issues, or environmental hazards. Always remember that “backup” means that you have your data stored in at least two (2) locations. Moving data from your system drive to an external hard drive is not a backup, unless there is already a duplicate of the file on a different drive.
