PR4100 shows empty folder from remote connection / not indexed?

Hi, after last update: if I connect from remote to my NAS, I see all folders. But one of the folders (my main folder with all work) shows… empty!. No files. Only an icon of a folder with ‘remove some files’ and ‘add files or folders…’ below.
So my thousands of files -that ARE on the NAS - don’t show up when you check it from a remote location.
Same on the app on my iPhone. All dates of all folders are on June 14, 2023. I think the date of the update.
So, I want to know how this can be ‘rebuild’ or something as this does not work as it used to… help please!
