PR4100 RAID-5 Upgrade 4x8TB to 4x16TB

I currently have a PR4100 with 16GB RAM and 4x8TB drives configured at RAID-5, current available capacity of approximately 9.30TB. I would like sometime in the future to upgrade to 4x16TB drives. I’ve spend hours searching through the community forums, but for whatever reason I didn’t find any articles that was similar to what I want to do. Would I do an upgrade and swap out each drive in a specific order? Or, would I need to purchase another PR4100 and use “Remote Backups” app to upgrade from one PR4100 to another across my home LAN?

Please be so kind to respond with a process that I would follow to achieve an upgrade. Thank you very much in advance for your prompt response.
