I have a situation where folders are visible on MyCloud and also on a MAC but when I connect to the share on a Windows machine the same folders are not visible.
I have a folder that is visible using the MyCloud app and web portal but I can’t see it on Windows 10 or Mac OS computers. Can anyone help?
