PR4100 firmware upgrade stuck on reboot

Hello, got a message that there was an important firmware upgrade “2.30.196 (09/21/2018)”

I have two PR4100 and I started to upgrade via webui, it downloaded without problem, and upgraded
started on both, however now seems both be locked at “System Reboot” for the last 20 minutes.

This has not happened before on upgrade.

What should I do? Pull out Power?

Yeah this happened to mine also.

I held the power button to shut down, then pulled the power (from the back). Waited a minute, plugged back in, powered back on, and all was well.
