PR2100 - Not showing up on my PC

I am running windows 10 and I have lost my PR2100 network connection via WiFi.

I removed the power cord from the NAS drive and when the power came back on it connected to my PC ok but it didn’t take long before it disappeared again.

Another issue is I am unable to log into my dashboard on my PC, the page either won’t load at all, or it will load but not allow me to enter my password (the box is shaded out).

I am running Avast Antivirus software if that matters?

Any ideas what may be causing this?
