PR2100 - Camera Issues

Hi,
I’ve just purchased a PR2100, one of the features that appealed was the front USB for plugging your camera into to import photos. However, when I plug my camera into the front USB the PR2100 shows a red power button and gives me an alert to say that it’s an unsupported USB device.

I’m using a Sony A6000. Can you suggest why I would be having an issue and how I could resolve it?

Your camera needs to support the Mass Transport Protocol (MTP). Otherwise it may not work properly.
