Possible to Run Script at Boot on 2.21.119?

Hi,

Is there a way to run a script at boot on 2.21.119 firmware?
I have tried modifying the config.xml as per the 2.11 guide, but this is a no go as this file is now recreated at boot too.

There are no articles or guides I am able to share considering such proceedings are not warranted or supported by Western Digital. Hopefully an experienced user will be able to assist.

On any case, extreme caution is recommended.

Make a custom APP. Or modify scripts of my “WDCrack” app (init.sh and start/stop.sh scripts.)

Guess I was hoping someone might have found “that” persistent file :wink:

If only things were as straight forward as with my old v04.
