Portable Hard Drive NOT reposnding

Hi Friends,

My WD External Portable drive , stopped working.

When I plugged to the laptop , it stopped recognising , ie) immediately after plugging to the laptop I can see white light blinking and vibration happens which tells me that hard disk working.

But after 2-5 seconds , the vibration stops , but i can see the white light still.

Can someone help me out what’s the problem and how to move further on this issue?
