Why am I having so much trouble with a consistent connection when accessing my cloud files. My router is on at home is there a problem with the login site I am using this to login http://files.mycloud.com/

Yes, there must be a problem and hopefully they will get it fixed. There have been several topics created about this in different sub-forums.

@Whiperton When I logged on yesterday it was working so hopefully it still is.
