Plex Metadata Problem

Tearing out my hair. I can’t seem to get Plex to load metadata for my TV and Movie content. The agents are configured just like my Windows 7 PMS which has no problems loading metadata.

All my Movie Posters appear, but none of the movie ratings, descriptions, actors etc are present. Can’t figure out why. Even the activity screen says its retreiving the metadata but yet nothing gets saved. I’m wondering if there is a permissions issue or something.

Can’t figure this one out. Anyone experiencing the same or solved similiar?

Are you streaming using the Plex app from a WD My Cloud PRx100, or a WD My Passport Wireless Pro?

I’m using a PR4100.

Cant play the video, but in the previous versions there was a common issue that plex was not loading metadata on added movies after fresh install. Try to disable and enable plex in the dashboard.
