Plex in Cloud Home not working

I have a problem with the Plex in my WD My Cloud Home, I had the DD in one net, but I changed it to an other net in my home, starting that I did this change, the Plex doesn’t work.
I uninstalled Plex Media Server of my computer, and the applicacion of my DD, I deleted the DD in the page o plex and i went to back add, and nothing work.

Can you help me?
