Pleeease help . my passport flashing but not working

hello every body
please help me wit my problem .  WD my passport is flashing but no vibration .

not appear in disk mangment not appear in my computer . but appear only in device manger

I try it in another PC but same thing.
I’m using the cable that came with the hard disk to connect it to PC.

pleaase any suggestion

If there’s no vibration then the drive is not spinning. Try a different cable and attempt to update the firmware. It might be a defective unit but the firmware sometimes helps.
