Dear WD. In 2013 I bought one WD HDD performance with SN: [Deleted - Privacy] in Vietnam. At the time of the policy change is not warranted WD, global warranty. Today, the process of using my HDD bad sectors, I have to WD Service Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the country reported that WD has changed the policy. Now I write this e-mail respectfully ask for my WD support roaming in Vietnam warranty. Thank you WD.
