I messed up my drive my passport 830 2tb blue USB device, not sure any ways i want to know if itll factory reset, and how? ive used the diskpart prompt and shows up, but with NO PARTITION. Also when i use WD drive Utilities software and erase it it says "An exception occurred during the operation, making the results Invalid. Check InnerException for exception details. is there any hope to correctthis External drive and factory reset?
it wont intialize says Fatal drive Error.
