Please Help ! WDTVLIVE did not see 2Tb WD essential

My WDTV LIVE with 1.04.22 firmware never see 2T WD essential but my WDHD can see and play this 2T WD . This WDTV LIVE play 1.5T WD Essential ok  . Anybody had this problem before? Any suggestions are appreciated . Both harddrives NTFS formatted
