Please Help My Cloud - 6TB

Hello all WD Community,
It is my first foray into the cloud world and I’ve been late to the party.
First of all, Ive bought this.
→ WD My Cloud 6 TB
I’m using a Windows 10 laptop

and when i started my laptop, i can see the device here

However, if i double click on the icon, it keeps going into the dashboard.

I’m trying to transfer files to it and using the web based transfer(https://files.mycloud.com/) is painfully slow.

I tried downloading WD discovery and it comes with a message that ‘device not supported’

What am i doing wrong?

Thanks for the feedback. I tried that and it presented a new problem.
I tried your solution and followed through with the reboot. this came out.

@imfrustratedwiththis What is showing when you click on See Details and/or Diagnose. Do you have everything set up in the Dashboard? For more information and links to the User Manual for your generation of My Cloud, 1st or 2nd generation, use this link.

goto the dashboard and set a password and use windows explorer to map a drive. enter you username and password. I had to enable ipv4 I think in windows for this to work, Ill see if I can remember the post;
