Please help - lost all of my files!

I really hope someone can help me.

I’ve had my My Book Live Drive for a fortnight, and it has been working perfectly. This evening, my cat knocked the drive and it fell from being upright to being horizontal, and now my Mac isn’t reading the drive. The green light is flashing, and the drive itself seems to be working normally. But it’s not being picked up on my network.

If anyone has any advice/suggestions I would be so, so grateful!

Hello, try disconnecting the power cable for a couple of seconds and then try again. If the problem continues, press the reset button on the back of the My Book Live for 4 seconds.
