Hi. I have the PR2100.
I don’t know how to see what’s on my P2100.
In the “Capacity” section it just shows a graph showing how many GB’s of movies/photos (etc…)
i have on the drive. But there’s no clear breakdown of what’s there. No files to view. How do I see what exactly is there? Have i missed something?

You need to go to Support at
https://support.wdc.com/
Find your device there and click on it and in there you can download the complete user manual and view tutorials.
You have only been looking at the Dashboard, but that is not where to see actual files. You see them from your computer as you do any files on a drive. The support site will tell you how.
