Playing videos from portable hard drive only plays one song and stops,

When Playing videos on my  wd live TV  media  streaming player , it plays one song and stops . I would like to  having music videos Playing one song after another. Have downloaded new firmware  and still no good. On my other  two media players When you open video files they all play one after the other until you get out of folder.
