Playing FLV files

The media player is advertised to ‘play FLV files’ but I find that the unit is limited to playing only around 10% of the files on the attached hard disk. Is this normal or is there a naming convention or similar that I need to adhere to to allow the files to play?

WDTV Live Hub can play FLV.   Which FLV files is it not playing?  Having you tried the advice in the manual?  Post the mediainfo of the file it doesnt play.  That way the community has more information to help with the issue.
