When I use “play to” (in WMP 12, Win7) for the files (mp3) from the NAS during playback not showing thumbnails, but if previously play a movie from YouTube, then the thumbnails are displayed. When later play a movie from the NAS thumbnails will disappear again in mp3. How to make the thumbnails be displayed without the need to display video from Youtube.
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
