Place WD my book and my cloud drives into stardom enclosure

Can I take HD from “My Book Studio” and place into my Stardom enclosure? Images will show better I believe.
I would also like to do the same for My Cloud

Plugged drive into M1 Mac book pro and all is good (Slightly higher OS) just requires a USB adapter. With newer Mac book.
