I bought a My Passport Ultra for Mac in March 2023. I’m trying to set it as the Scratch Disk for Photoshop 2024, but Photoshop is not recognizing the external drive. The Adobe Support community says to reformat the external hard drive to APFS.
Is that the best solution?
How do I do reformat it?
