I use My Cloud drive mainly for my photography but when I access the My cloud drive it has the folders of all my pictures but the dashboard does not recognized photos says 0 KB. All files are saved as jpg or CR2 files. Also when I access the drive from phone or tablet the same thing photos says 0 but folders are there and I don’t get the thumbnail of the pictures. Is it that I am missing some configuration setting? Can someone provide help? I am using a windows 10 and android devices.
