Photobackup My Dlink Mycloud stopped working IOS IPhone

I have an issue with our Mycloud storage. Photo backup has stopped working for both my and my wife’s phones despite latest IOS and latest slink software. It opens up and I can view files but backup just says “in progress” but it stops there. Same in both phones. Restarting the app, redefining storage location etc doesn’t help.

Even tried to reinstall the Mycloud app but it doesn’t help.

Any ideas anyone?

In My Cloud Mobile app, data transfer during the backup process may seem stalled or stuck when copying large video files before the backup occurs, you should allow the backup to progress and do not delete the App from your device.
