Hello,

I don`t know what to do and if there is a solution.

Here are my questions:

  1. Do I really have to go on the website www.wd2go.com to work with my data or is there a solution like Dropbox that opens automatically when I start my own Computer/Laptop?

  2. If I try to reach my Data via the website, I could not work with e.g. Word Documents. They ask for a username and a Password, but I dont know these information. Could I look them up anywhere?

  3. Is there certain software, like a Disk Station Manager available?

Have you tried with the username and password for your computer if you have one.
