Permanent error after computer went to sleep during backup on My Book

My Win7 computer went to sleep during an active backup to My Book. I rebooted the computer and get the following error when I try to restart the backup from WD Backup. I have reinstalled the software twice as suggested and the error has reappeared each time. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I’d recommend contacting WD Support about this if you have tried cleaning your registry to no success. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.
