PC Not Recognising Second Passport Hard Drive

I’ve bought myself my second WD Passport external hard drive, simply as I’ve never had any problems with my first device. My new passport is clearly a newer version, but I can’t set a password for my new device or even have my computer recognise it to the extent of running the WD programs. It recognises it is a WD product, but will not show up on WD Security, or let me choose which device password I wish to update.
When they are both plugged in at the same time, it thinks it is accessing the new device, when it’s actually confusing it for the old one. I will state that I’m not replacing the my old hard drive, it’s a second device.

“This issue is caused by the two drives having identical signatures, leading to a Signature Collision.”
