My new WD TV LIVE HUB menu shows up on my TV via a HDMI connection. I can also play YouTube direct n the HUB via an ethernet cable to my modem.
However, I can’t load anything onto the HUB as my PC where I have pic and video files that I want to download to the HUB but the PC doesn’r recognise it as a device whether connected via USB or HDMI. Can anyone help, please?

First, you’re in the wrong forum.
This forum is for the 2009 model WDTV Live HD and 2010 model WDTV Live Plus.

Second, you CANNOT connect to your PC via HDMI or USB. You can only connect to the Hub via network. Please read the manual.
