PC does not recognize the SSD when restarting after a forced termination by pressing power.

The game data is saved in the SSD built into the PC and when playing the game, the screen stops
and it cannot be operated.
After rebooting, the LED of this SSD connected to the PC via USB did not light up and
the PC did not recognize the SSD.
When I unplugged the USB again with the PC running and plugged it in again,
the SSD was recognized and can be used.
After force-quit by pressing the power button, it is necessary to unplug and plug USB every time.
Is such an occurrence common with SSDs?
I have another HDD connected with USB, but that one is always recognized even if
I start up after forced termination.
