PC can't see shared folders

My unit is a WD MyCloud 4TB connected to a Linksys EA7500 router.
I spent an hour on the phone with WD support and an hour with Linksys support and am no closer to an answer for my problem.

Problem:
My Win 7 PC cannot see WD MyCloud shared folders through Windows Explorer or Windows networking. I need to be able to do this to use backup software products.

Facts:
The Win 7 PC can use the MyCloud dashboard.
The Win 7 PC can see the shared folders using the WDMyCloud_win.exe app from the WD website (but this doesn’t help with using backup products).
The Win 7 PC can see the shared folders if I temporarily directly connect a LAN cable between the PC and the MyCloud (but I need it to work over the Linksys wireless router).
My Win 10 PC can see the MyCloud shared folders with no problems.

What’s been tried:
Restarting the MyCloud and the Linksys Router.
Resetting the MyCloud and the Linksys Router.
Disabling and Enabling the network connection.

Appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks.

SOLVED.

The culprit was Zone Alarm. I fixed the problem by adding a trusted IP address for the MyCloud.
