Pb with HD TV Live and HD Elements desktop

hi everybody!

I’ve a problem, i bought a WD TV live & a HD elements 1.5To last christmas. I hadn’t any problem with.

I decide to buy another one HD (the same elements 1.5To)

I put inside some mkv movie but TV live don’t recognize it…

You’re saying the exact same file plays fine on one hard drive but not on the other?

Have you tried re-formatting it to see if that fixes it?
