Password?

im setting up my wd tv live for the first time and when im trying to connect to network its asking for a password, with the username anonymous!!!

i havent set any passwords and there is nothing about this in the guide, any help?

also i have passwords off in my home network screen so it isnt that

Yeah, just use the defaults.

Userid= anonymous

password= empty

If that doesn’t work, and you get “Invalid USER ID or PASSWORD!” error, then check to make sure your system does NOT have the Windows Live Sign-In Assistant software installed.

If it DOES work, then you can tell the WDTV via the OPTIONS menus to NOT ask you every time.
