My drive came with 2 options, one was to install to Mac and the Other was to install to Windows. I am using a Windows 7 desktop so I clicked on the Windows option. For reasons unknown, it does not complete the install so there are no windows that pop up that let me register the drive, or password protect the drive… Any help will be appreciated.
