Rydia, or anyone at WD… I just purchased a G-RAID 2 for work and am encountering the same exact issue. The configurator prompts a system administrator password, and it is registering as incorrect, despite the password being entered correctly repeatedly. As it is a work computer, changing the admin password is not an option. It’s been six years since this issue came up. Truly mind-blowing that this is still a problem.
