Password for shares - LOST

I have lost my passwords for my MyBook Live shares.

Is there a way for me to recover them or change them? If not my backups are useless and reformatting the drive is my next option.

Well, yeah, log into the management dashboard and change them.

If you’ve lost THAT password as well, then follow the password reset procedure documented in the manual.
