I cant log into my cloud as it keeps saying that the password is wrong or the email is wrong. Is there any way I can erase this and start over as a new client? Thanks
I recommend you to reset your My Passport Wireless. Then take a look at the user’s manual to configure the credentials again and access the device properly.
I have tried to reset the drive but no luck, I cant even see it in my list of networks. I also cant get into the dashboard or my cloud, it keeps saying I have the wrong passwords & E Mail. I have only had 2 e Mail addresses in my life and maybe 2 different passwords. Its really frustruating. A question, when I am trying to set it up should it be plugged into the computer or left wireless?
