Hello,

i use my passport as an external hard dirve. Yesterday i cn not acces my files anymore. I can not see “my passport” on the computor!

Somebody tell me that it is protected by a pasword, but I never put a pathword on it!

Somebody could help?

Go to disk management (right-click computer/my computer> manage> disk management) and see if your drive is there, also, you mention that  “someone” told you that is password protected, did you see it for yourself? If it’s locked then there’s not much left to do other than formatting the drive…
