Passport wireless pro can’t connect to network

I have just purchased the wireless pro. When I try to connect to network it says the password is incorrect- even though it is the correct password on the unit/ set up,guide.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried to access through Dell PC and iOS app with no success. The only irregularity is that the drive led keeps blinking blue, which could indicate a firmware update.
