What can you do when to open this portable drive, you re required to use a CD which I don’t seem to have. I am putting a previously locked drive onto a new computer - Windows 11.

I don’t understand - what CD? I have never had one. I cannot put my passport ultra onto my new computer. I downloaded the unlock exe and relevant files but it asks me for a CD? I am nearly eighty so not au fait with much of this?
