My Passport Ultra (not wireless) is recognized by my pc and the light blinks then is steady, then blinks. I don’t have any indicator if the backup is actually taking place or not. I did follow the setup steps but was never given the option of a custom setup, just went to end and clicked on finish. I think the extras may have been installed before. It has been connected to my pc for an hour now and I still have no indication if it is or isn’t backing up my computer. What now?
