Passport files are no longer available

I have a USB WD Passport connected to a 3.0 USB outlet. The drive’s data backup files are no longer recognized. I’ve tried both the unlock program that came with the drive and the downloaded WD Security to open it. The drive computer disk management on Windows 10 says the drive is healthy basic data partition, I have Unlocker Drive on Letter H it is UDF and the Basic Data is on Drive J UDF and it states the folder is empty. I’ve tried changing cables, computers and USB ports and drive letters with no luck. Ran Windows 10 Error Check with no issues, and 0% fragmented. Any help would be appreciated.
