I have a 2013 Ford Explorer with two USB inputs. I want to use a Passport Air to keep my entire MP3 collection in my car.
Before I buy the Passport Air…Does anyone have any feedback or insight on whether this would work. Thx!
Hi well they are formatted for a mac os so you would need to format it for windows unless your player is a mac. Remember these drive’s have platters and spinning parts a Truck pounding down the road with the drive running will make the head’s hit the platters and the drive wont last long that would be the major problem.
Then there is also the potential problem if you stall and have the restart the engine or forget to shut it down when you turn the engine off.
